Jay Charnock

Jay Charnock a horse trainer from the Mid North Coast of NSW, well known for crossing over a range of different disciplines particulary in cow related sports.
Jay comes from a non-horse background and through a family holiday farm visit fell into the love of horses. From a basic level following the journey that horses has taken him on he has found himself trialling many different disciplines in the equine industry, learning from many people including top trainers and competitors throughout the world.
Jay now mainly focuses on training Campdraft and Stockmans challenge horses but you will also see him in the Cowhorse and Cutting pen, with the occasional presence at the National Australian Stock Horse events. Many know Jay for his consistency throughout these disciplines and his strong passion for learning and teaching people how to develop a understanding of their relationship with a horse.
